Cleaning Your Furniture

Different types of furniture are made out of different types of material. So each piece of furniture needs to be cleaned differently. Furniture made out of wood needs to be poished on a regular basis, usually around once a week. However the lighter the wood the more of a diluted polish product needs to be used. One thing you must rememebr if you are trying to get a stain out of wood is that most stain removel techniques will damage wood, so be careful when cleaning wooden furniture. 
 

The cleaning of wicker furniture can be done by simply using a vacuum. For stains simply get a damp cloth, wring it so there is no water driping from it, and gently rub over the stain on the wicker. However make sure the wicker is dry before it takes any pressure as this can sometimes cause a disstortion of shape.
